TriWorth was retained by Verengo Solar Plus! to locate a Vice President of Marketing. Verengo was seeking to expand their current marketing strategy and wanted to ensure that they were seeing the most qualified, and passive candidates.

Current Client Situation

The current marketing strategy for Verengo consisted of leads that flowed through a call center that were then followed up on by an external sales force. When the leads began to diminish the management team knew that in order to be successful, they would have to generate leads through other means.

Additionally, this person was going to be responsible for hiring a “best in class” marketing organization.

Verengo hired a new Vice President of Marketing approximately 45 days after kicking off this search. This individual is someone that Verengo has stated multiple times someone that they never would’ve attracted on their own. The successful candidate was from a much larger company, but had tremendous experience. Within the first ninety days of the candidate’s placement, the marketing team has been formed, and sales have been positively impacted.
