TriWorth was founded by several executive search entrepreneurs with the belief that the market could benefit from a firm that is truly committed to the value of teamwork and collaboration both internally and externally. Given how quickly our industry is changing in this new economy, we felt the concept of a firm that offers flexible and innovative solutions would be well received.

Since inception, our model has been validated and our beliefs confirmed as we have grown quickly and experienced many successes. We have structured numerous key Recruitment Process Outsourcing projects for F1000 and for fast growing companies throughout North America. Additionally, we have completed over a thousand of middle management placements within the F1000 and many executive level searches search’s with companies less than $100 million in revenue.

TriWorth was founded by several executive search entrepreneurs with the belief that the market was missing a firm that was truly committed to the value of teamwork and collaboration both internally and externally.  We started with the belief that for us to provide the best talent externally to our clients, we must have an exceptional internal team that works together in a highly collaborative manner and team environment - everyone at our company collaborates on every aspect of our business. Whether it’s completing a search assignment, executing a large recruitment program, or a strategy session with a client, we all work together and represent our company as a team. We believe that our unwillingness to compromise our team values, culture and commitment is our strength as a firm. We feel this belief is our innovation to an industry known for defragmentation, independence and egos.


What
We are a nationwide talent acquisition firm focused in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Middle Management and Executive Search headquartered in Chicago and Denver. We have attracted clients around the globe and have offices throughout the US. We offer our clients flexible and customized solutions based upon their specific needs and goals. We pride ourselves in identifying hard to find people and offering innovative and flexible solutions to our clients. We listen with an open mind and with the intent of understanding our clients' pain points. From there, we formulate the right program, or solution, that suits their needs. We have three offerings; Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs, Executive Level Search, Middle Management - all of which we tailor to our clients specific needs and goals. We are told by our clients how impressed they are with our fair, flexible and innovative commercial terms which are unique and different in the industry.

On the deliverable side of our business, we take a lot of pride in our recruitment process. The entire Research Team has been trained on the best practices within our industry. They all collaborate on all client assignments and projects sharing ideas, responsibilities, candidate leads and business intelligence.
